Frequently asked questions
Transparency matters to us. Below are answers to the questions prospective clients ask most often. If yours is not listed, contact us directly.
Is Reach Vertex a marketing course, or do you guarantee a certain audience or ROI?
No. Reach Vertex is a professional marketing services agency — not an education provider, coaching programme, or get-rich-quick scheme. We do not sell online courses, mastermind groups, or training products. We also do not guarantee specific audience sizes, follower counts, ranking positions, or return on investment figures. Marketing outcomes depend on variables including your offer, competitive landscape, budget, sales process, and market timing. What we do guarantee is a disciplined process: thorough diagnosis, evidence-based strategy, diligent execution, and honest reporting. Our case studies show past results with client permission, but those results are illustrative — not promises of future performance.
What is a reach audit, and is it really complimentary?
A reach audit is our structured review of your current marketing setup: ad account architecture, audience targeting, tracking and attribution, landing page alignment, and budget allocation. We deliver a written findings report with prioritised recommendations — typically within ten working days of receiving access. The initial audit conversation and high-level review are complimentary for qualified businesses. If you proceed to a deeper audit requiring platform access and detailed analysis, we confirm scope and any associated fees upfront. There is no obligation to engage further.
What types of clients do you work with?
We work primarily with B2B SaaS companies, fintech firms, consumer retail brands, professional services organisations, and education technology businesses. Most clients are based in Singapore or use Singapore as their APAC hub. Typical marketing budgets range from SGD 8,000 to SGD 80,000 per month in media spend, though we also support smaller projects and one-off audits. We are best suited to clients who value measurement and are willing to invest in testing rather than expecting instant results.
How are your fees structured?
We offer monthly retainers for ongoing campaign management, project-based fees for audits and one-off builds, and hybrid models that combine a base retainer with performance-linked components tied to agreed KPIs. Media spend is billed separately and paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) by the client. We provide transparent fee schedules in every proposal — no hidden charges, no markups on media. Retainer tiers reflect scope: number of channels, creative volume, reporting depth, and senior team involvement.

How long before we see results?
Timelines vary by channel and starting point. Paid search restructures often show efficiency gains within four to six weeks once tracking is validated. Social campaigns typically need six to eight weeks of creative testing before stable performance emerges. Demand generation programmes compound over quarters, not weeks. During onboarding, we set realistic milestone expectations and report progress against them monthly. We would rather under-promise and over-deliver than the reverse.
Do you require long-term contracts?
Our standard retainer agreements run six or twelve months, reflecting the time needed to implement strategy, gather data, and optimise effectively. Shorter project engagements — audits, landing page builds, tracking setup — are available without long-term commitment. We include clear termination clauses and notice periods in every contract. Several clients have been with us since 2022 because the partnership works, not because they are locked in.
Will we have direct access to senior team members?
Yes. Every account is led by a director-level strategist with support from channel specialists. You will not be assigned to a junior account manager who escalates every question. Weekly or fortnightly performance calls include the people doing the work. We believe senior involvement is essential for quality — and it is a deliberate choice that limits how many clients we take on.
How do you handle data privacy and PDPA compliance?
We operate in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. Client data, audience lists, and campaign analytics are stored securely, accessed only by team members who need it, and never shared with third parties without consent. Our Privacy Policy describes data handling in detail. For campaigns involving lead capture, we ensure consent mechanisms, privacy notices, and data retention practices meet regulatory requirements before launch.
Can you work with our existing in-house team or other agencies?
Absolutely. Many clients retain in-house brand or content teams while we handle paid media and measurement. We also collaborate with creative agencies, web developers, and PR firms when roles are clearly defined. Our preference is a single reporting line and shared KPI framework — silos create gaps, and we would rather integrate than compete for credit.
